Inventors and Designers

If you have any new and unique ideas we want to work with you. If you have a "big idea" or invention we would be delighted in hearing from you; and yes, we will be more than happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement. We have a good track record of working with inventors; and as inventors ourselves we will show you the usual courtesies that we would expect ourselves.

We strongly suggest that you take the time and effort in designing and detailing your idea in full; including details of any market analysis or prototypes that you may have made. If your idea is accepted, Blue Sky Designs will take the time, effort and expense to bring your product to market. What we ask in return is that you take the same time and effort to show us that your idea really works.

Work Placement

Blue Sky Designs run a placement scheme for industrial and product design students. If you wish to apply for a position please contact us with examples of work, your course requirements and a covering letter telling us bit about you! We have placements for:

Industrial / Product Design

Get hands on experience in a small design studio working directly with the designers and production team. You will see all aspects of the job from product development and production to exhibitions and marketing.

Graphic Design

This is your opportunity to work on all aspects of product and promotional development alongside the design team: Pack graphics, web graphics, flyers, catalogues, products, events� This is a great opportunity to spend time in a real working environment with real deadlines and high expectations!

Our placements run for a minimum of 3 months.
